We guarantee same day shipping of orders placed before 1:00PM (EST) Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 1:00PM will be shipped out the next business day. 

Please note that this guarantee is about shipping the same day. It does not mean you will receive the order the same day. The time taken for delivery depends on the shipping method you choose.

Exclusions for Same Day Shipping Guarantee

1. This guarantee does not apply to orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
2. If we are closed on an otherwise normal business day due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather), this guarantee does not stay valid.
3. This guarantee also excludes special orders, items directly shipped from the manufacturer or back ordered items.
4. Only orders that are paid in full are eligible for this guarantee.
5. Orders which go on hold, or which are incomplete due to missing information are also excluded from this guarantee.

What if we do not ship the same day?

Our warehouse does a great job, which is evident from the fact that almost 100% of our orders ship out the same day. If for any reason, a valid order does not ship out the same day, we will upgrade your shipping method to the next level. If you already selected the fastest method, then we will refund you the shipping charges and will ship out the items the following business day using the same method.
